Do you find that there are areas in your life where you feel trapped or stuck? Are there parts of your body where you hold chronic tightness, tension and fatigue? Are there situations and people you want to forgive but can’t seem to let go? Perhaps there are things in your past you regret and you struggle to forgive yourself? Do you ever feel like you’re sleep-walking through your own life? Tired often and caught on a treadmill of to-do’s but you don’t experience change?
The global pandemic and other divisions in our country have left many of us feeling depleted but also ready to approach life in a new way. While stress is inevitable and will always be part of modern life, practicing self-care through regular spiritual practices and other healing techniques is the ultimate preventative medicine.
If you’re desiring more hope and health, freedom instead of fear and calm and connection in the middle of chaos, you’re invited to join Transformational Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner Stacy Claxton as well as Trained Spiritual Directors Emily Turner and Lauren Davis as they guide participants through a two-day, virtual retreat to access more freedom and flow
With direction, participants will utilize the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping. This mind-body tool quickly shifts the body from fear and isolation to safety and connection. During this two-day gathering, attendees will prayerfully explore new discoveries.
Participants can expect to come away from the retreat with a better understanding of their sacred story, who they are in God and their body as well as various spiritual practices to incorporate into daily living.
All retreat participants will receive one complimentary 1:1 spiritual direction session to use by December 2021.
